Tamar Braxton Now Believes Wetv Got Her Fired From "The Real"

Hello everybody welcome back to my blog. Today's topic will be about RNB singer Tamar Braxton.

Tamar Braxton revealed recently that she thinks the TV network WETV got her fired from the Fox day-time-talk-show The Real.

Tamar was on WETV for both the shows Braxton Family Values with her sisters, mega star Toni Braxton, Towanda Braxton, Trina Braxton and Traci Braxton as well as her own spin-off show Tamar & Vince with her husband at the time Vincent Herbert. During this time she too was on The Real but unfortunately she was let go due to unknown reasons.

There have been many theories first being because she went on to do Dancing With The Stars, some say it was because of her ex-husband Vince, some say it was from former co-host Loni Love and others say it was all the girls. Most say it was because of Tamar's behavior on the show too but recently Tamar talked on her podcast Tamar Braxton: Under Construction with guest NeNe Leakes where she thinks it was WETV getting her the boot off of The Real.

Braxton says, "I heard a rumor… allegedly… I didn’t have any answers, nobody had any answers as to what happened, the girls were getting blamed, it was ‘Tamar’s got an attitude problem’, of course all the reality TV storylines were the surface of everything. Do you know that years later, what I had heard through the grapevine what really happened. I heard that that network that I was working with at the time would not sign off, and allowed me and them girls to fall out in public, almost ruined my whole career, my livelihood, everything that I’ve worked for, and never said one time, didn’t say ‘Okay you’re the star of the network, we’re gonna have a meeting with you, we don’t want you to do the show no more.’ At least give me a heads up but no…pulled the plug and ain’t say nothing and allowed Loni to take the fall, Adrienne, Jeannie, Tamera, and myself. We up here battling and fighting as Black girls and they don’t care. Scratching and battling and pointing fingers. We’re not on a reality show, this is real life. When does reality TV stop being reality TV?"

So Tamar believes that WETV got her fired from The Real and at this point there have still been a lot of questions about it is exactly the truth and what is not. I will say that I wouldn't be surprised if it was the WETV network that got her fired because Tamar was the biggest star on their network and she had been on two different shows during that time and even recently had another show called Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life for them.

Tamar however, has been at odds with WETV for a while and she wanted to get out of her contract with them for a while. Tamar has since left the network and Braxton Family Values and has been working on herself.

As for The Real they've been doing well too. Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, Tamera Mowry-Housley and Adrienne Bailon have since then been hosting the show from seasons 3-6. Tamera had left the series before season 7 and was replaced by Real Housewifes star Garcelle Beauvais and overall I like the dynamic of the seasons thus far. I will say that Tamar brought a lot of laughs to the show and I did miss her, however it seems like the show has still progressed since her departure and she has been able to progress as well. Hopefully she can make an appearance one day and they can all talk about it and clear the air.
